利用手続き User Guidelines

ゲノム研究棟設置の以下の装置のについてはこちらをご覧ください。 To use following two equipment, click here.

●SCIEX zenoTOF7600 飛行時間型質量分析装置 Tof MS　
●SCIEX TQ3500 トリプル4重極型質量分析装置 Triple Quad MS

医学部生命科学棟への入館カードを既にお持ちの方（マウスの飼育施設をご利用の場合など）で、２階実験施設の利用登録をされていない方
Applicant who already has the entrance card for Life Science bldg.

入館カードの利用区画の変更が必要となります。医学部生命科学棟入館カード申請書をご記入いただき、下記連絡先まで原本を学内便等でご送付ください。Updating the access areas is required. Please send a printed application form to the contact address below.

医学部生命科学棟の入館カードをお持ちでない方
Applicant who does not have the entrance card for Life Science bldg.

入館カードの新規発行が必要になります。申請書をご記入いただき、下記連絡先まで原本を学内便等でご送付ください。Please send a printed application form to the contact address below to issue a new card.

また、カードに記載する顔写真 （jpeg形式　縦4cm× 横 3cm） を下記までメールでご送付ください。Send your portrait, which will be on the card, to us by an e-mail (jpeg format).

カードが発行されるまで（2～3週間程度）の期間に装置をご利用される方には臨時のカードをお貸ししますので、ご連絡ください。Card will be prepared in a few weeks. If you need a tentative card, please contact us.

既に医学部生命科学棟２階実験施設への入館カードをお持ちの方
Applicant who already has the access to our research facility.

特に必要な手続きはありません。イメージング室をお使いの場合には暗証番号が必要になります。初回ご利用時にご連絡ください。No action required. If you plan to use the imaging room, please contact us before use (access cord will be provided).

カードは基本的に個人単位での発行になります。Cards are issued on a one-person-one-card basis.
